- 500g floury potatoes, such as King Edward or Maris Piper, thinly sliced
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 12 Slimming World sausages (or use other low-fat sausages and count the Syns), chopped into chunks
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 2 red peppers, deseeded and diced
- 2 tbsp tomato purée
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 400g can mixed beans in water
- 400g can baked beans
- 325g can sweetcorn kernels, drained
- 1 tbsp Marmite
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- Bunch spring onions, sliced
