Serves 4
- 4 Slimming World chorizo-style sausages
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning*
- 900ml hot chicken stock
- 500g red potatoes, halved
- 4 sweetcorn cobettes, cut into rounds
- 300g raw peeled king prawns
- 145g can white crabmeat in brine, drained
- Handful of fresh parsley, roughly chopped
- Lemon wedges, to serve
- *Spice blends are Free so long as they’re made from herbs and spices only and don’t contain any Synned ingredients like sugar, flour and oil. Check the label to be sure and count the Syns as necessary.
