- 200g fresh fusilli pasta
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into little florets, small leaves reserved
- 10 fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 1 vegetable stock pot, dissolved in 150ml water
- 300g fat-free natural cottage cheese
- 60g grated fresh Parmesan cheese or vegetarian alternative
- 3 egg yolks*
- 100g baby spinach
