- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 level tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 2 x 225g cans sliced water chestnuts in water, drained
- 300g pack stir-fry vegetables
- Lime wedges, to serve
