  • 2 dried egg noodle nests
  • 2 large red peppers, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 heaped tsp medium curry powder*
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 200ml hot chicken stock
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 100g canned sweetcorn kernels, drained
  • 2 cooked skinless and boneless chicken breasts, shredded
  • Sliced spring onions, to serve
  • *Spice blends are Free so long as they’re made from herbs and spices only and don’t include any Synned ingredients like sugar, flour or oil. Check the label to be sure and count the Syns as necessary.
