- 2½cm piece cinnamon stick
- 3 cardamom pods
- ½ tsp mild chilli powder
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 4 black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp peeled and grated fresh root ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 275ml fat-free natural yogurt, plus extra to serve
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, to serve
