I joined Slimming World in 2014, and it's the best thing I ever did! I love the plan, the endless foodie creations and the fact that my family love it too!! I remember being nervous to join, but I never would have lost 6½ stones if I hadn't! My groups are AMAZING! Everyone is kind, caring and inspiring and it's a real safe place for everybody. Every week they are smashing their goals and striving to be their best selves... I hope I can welcome you to our groups very soon and help you achieve your dream weight too.
