I had always been a bit tubby but thought I was just always going to be that way. Although I was petrified, I took the plunge and went to my local Slimming World group. I needn’t have been worried at all. My Consultant was really supportive and the group was really friendly. I lost three stones with Slimming World and couldn’t be happier. I have bags more energy which has really boosted my relationships with my children. My self-confidence has really improved, which has in turn helped steer me towards this new career.
