I joined Slimming World feeling very sceptical that it would work for me. I'd tried every diet going and would just get very hungry. Food Optimising is amazing - you lose weight by eating, fab! Having a baby to look after made it hard to have to count or weigh foods so I found Slimming World so easy, something I knew could fit in with my family. Now, becoming a Consultant means even more motivation for not only me but everyone else too. I'm looking forward to meeting you and being behind you 100%.
