I joined Slimming World because like many of us, I struggled to lose weight on my own and in all honesty there are still times that are difficult. When I walked through the door of my local Slimming World Group, I was amazed at the warm welcome and the lovely support. All the members were fantastic and I really think this is something that gave me the motivation I needed to keep going on my journey. I went on to lose 5st 7lbs through Slimming World and it changed my life. I can now embrace life - Slimming World has given me a new amazing career, a career where I help people feel amazing about themselves.
