Mina at Sawbridgeworth Cricket Club

My nameʼs Mina and Iʼd struggled with my weight for a long time. I promised my stepdad when he was ill that I would lose weight and, after he passed away, I delivered on my promise and joined my local Slimming World group in June 2017. By August 2018, I had lost 3½ stone! Iʼm so passionate about Food Optimising and the freedom it gives you! I feel like a different person and my friends and family are so proud! I opened my Slimming World Group in January 2021, and I am so excited with my membersʼ weight losses so far, with losses of 5lbs, 6lbs, 7lbs... even 9lbs in their first weeks! My dream is to support as many people as possible, so that, like me, they can achieve their weight loss goals, be happy and in control of their lives.
