Hi my name is Rachel and I'm your local Slimming World Consultant. I have been a member on and off for over 25 years, but I finally realised in January 2021 I needed to give Food Optimising my all, when I came very close to being house-bound by my weight. With the help and support of group, I reached my target in September 2022 and really haven't looked back. I love shopping for clothes now, and still have trouble believing I've gone from a XXXL to small. My weight no longer dictates what I can do and I have so much more energy. I became a Consultant as I really wanted to help others feel great about themselves too.
