Bex at Mount Gould Methodist Church

Hi, I'm Bex & I'm lucky enough to be the Consultant for the group I love & have been a member of for most of my SW journey since 2013. I have lost 3 & half stone and kept my weight under control throughout my 3 pregnancies & continue to do so with my young family. I joined to support my mum, turns out she was supporting me! I knew I needed to lose weight but there had always been something coming up, or I was too busy convincing myself that I'd never be able to do it & always be hungry! I was very wrong! I found that I could eat loads! Even the stuff I enjoyed like rice & pasta. I could still eat chocolate & have a glass of wine at the weekend! Best of all I was losing weight! I am now so much more confident & happier with my own body.
