I've lost over three stones and can't believe what a difference it has made to my life. I no longer feel the need to hide behind my smile or make excuses not to go out - my smile is real and my confidence has grown massively. I love the fact that I can live my life normally, enjoying my favourite foods and eating out without having to weigh, measure or count calories!
