I decided to join my local Slimming World group because I decided there was no way I was going to buy the next dress size up! I learnt how to Food Optimise, which meant I could eat lots of delicious food and still enjoy my treats. I lost 2st in a short amount of time and was so passionate about the plan, I decided to become a Consultant, so I could spread the love and share my knowledge with others. I understand how challenging it can be to start a slimming journey, so I will support you on every step of it – every Wednesday night at 7pm at St Agnes RC Church group. You'll get buckets of help and encouragement in Image Therapy from myself and the other members, who will always welcome you with a smile and a cuppa!
