I lost over 3 stones with Slimming World and have maintained the weight loss for the last 20 years. Best of all, I've learnt how to love food, love myself and live a normal life on the Food Optimising plan. Group members also have amazing stories they love to share and our 'Greatest Loser' last year celebrated losing over 10 stones.
