I joined Slimming World at the age of 20 back in 2014 because I felt miserable about my weight. I'd been overweight since childhood, and it had a huge impact on my confidence and social life. I thought I’d struggle with my weight forever... until I found Slimming World. Thanks to the support of group and Food Optimising, I was able to lose 7st in a year and now maintain for 10 years! After seeing how much my confidence, mood and life in general had improved, I knew I had to help others to feel the same, so I became a Consultant! I will absolutely support you all the way to your dream weight. All of my members are so friendly and supportive; and along with achieving fabulous weight losses, you could make some lifelong friendships, too.
