I joined Slimming World nine years ago and fell in love with the plan! I have been a Consultant now for eight years and love my Wednesday evenings in St Columba Church hall, Foxbar. Helping members lose weight is my passion, and Food Optimising fits in beautifully with my family and my busy social life. Pop along and a warm welcome will be waiting for you at my group.
