I joined Slimming World to lose a pesky 1 stone - as a 50-year-old, I wanted to offset the dreaded middle-age spread. I lost more than I dreamed and am so happy with my new size. I loved the plan so much I became a Slimming World Consultant and now I run three lovely buzzy groups in Lane End, Downley and Marlow. The groups are full of people who love food and want to live a healthy life and lose weight, we love to share recipes and support and make new friends while we're there too. It doesn't matter if you want to lose half a stone or twenty stones, the groups will help you to do that and, as your Consultant, I promise to support you every step of the way.
