Hi, my name is Karina and I joined Slimming World as a member in 2017. As I lost weight, I fell in love with the plan, all the foods I could eat (and my family could too) and the new lifestyle I was creating for myself. I’ve lost 3 1/2 stone, now exercise daily and I’ve never felt happier! I wanted to share this feeling with as many people as possible, so I became a Slimming World Consultant – it’s the best role in the world! I know what it feels like to be overweight and how lonely it can be, please know that you don’t have to do it alone. Our Saturday morning group is great, we’re all in it together and we have so much fun. Come and join us, I promise you, you’ll be glad you did.
