In November 2010 I re-joined at a particularly low point in my life. I knew that walking through the doors would be hard, but I also knew that I’d receive a warm welcome and I was not disappointed! I’ve now lost over 3 stone and I feel fantastic! Food Optimising is so easy and the power of Free Foods means that I’m never hungry. As a family we enjoy cooked breakfasts, paella, lasagne and burgers with Slimming World chips! Slimming World has helped me regain my health, confidence and spark. Now every week I share that spark with all my members as they change their lives forever on their amazing journeys – it’s a proud feeling like no other!
