Hi, I’m Emma and I joined Slimming World as a Consultant in 2015 when my life took a wonderful turn and at the age of 40, I ended up as mum to twins! I’d been in love with Food Optimising, since it had helped me to lose over 6 stone and become pregnant with my first son in 2006. I’m very much a human being and still attend a Group as a member myself, because even though I’m now a Consultant, I’m still the same Emma as I was before, with the same weight issues! Slimming World is amazing. It’s generous, flexible and allows me to live a very normal life around kids, family and friends and still lose weight.
