Hi I’m Paula and I have dieted for years, losing weight but never keeping it off. It affected my show jumping as I felt I was hampering my horse when I put on weight. Finding a Slimming World group changed the way I looked and felt about food, it was an eating plan not a diet. So I enjoyed unlimited Free Food, with no naughty foods and nothing banned and help and support from the group to change my mindset. I know how being overweight affects the way you feel, the despair and heartache so I now want to help others overcome their struggles in a new group at Truro Methodist Church on Tuesdays at 5.30pm or 7pm with free parking.
