I have two lovely groups and each of the members are just fab. We consider each other friends rather than members in group. We’re a bubbly lot who love to have fun and make the most of the interactive element of IMAGE Therapy - we support each other to lose weight 52 weeks of the year. After a diagnosis of thyroid issues and finding it difficult to lose weight, I joined Slimming World as I’d heard so many positive things about Food Optimising. It turned out to be the best thing I ever did. I feel so much healthier, I have more motivation and I’ve got the love of fashion back. My increase in confidence lead to my decision to become a Slimming World Consultant and I love it.
