When you step through our doors I know exactly how you will feel, I was overweight for many years before joining Slimming World for the last time in March 2014. I now run 5 sessions and love helping others lose weight, changing lives along the way. So take that step this week and get inspired to make your weight loss dreams a reality. In the year that followed I learned to Food Optimise all the things I loved to eat, family favourites - the options were never ending! I found a new passion for food which helped me lose 5 stones. While in group I also found I loved to help and support my fellow slimmers which led me to the next step which changed my life, becoming a Slimming World Consultant.
