I joined Slimming World because I was feeling very lethargic and under the weather. I’ve struggled with my weight for a long time but when I realised that with Slimming World I would be able to joy lots of lovely delicious meals and that it would suit all of my family too, I knew once and for all that it really was possible for me to become lose weight. I love Slimming World’s Food Optimising plan and the help and support I received from my Slimming World group. It’s so much easier when you don’t have to ‘do it alone.’ After losing 4.5 stones I decided I wanted to spread the word about Slimming World, so I became a Slimming World Consultant myself.
