I joined Slimming World in April 2011. I became a Target member and a Consultant almost a year later. I’ve tried many other diets out there and as I love eating, Slimming World was the one for me. I stayed to IMAGE Therapy for support and motivation, shared my successful weeks and squeezed the success out of others when I needed it! I've never been hungry and never felt restricted or limited on my choices! The West of Scotland Woman of the Year 2012 came from our amazing group, amongst other fantastic members who have contributed to over 4 tonnes of weight lost in 2014!
