Slimming World helps members lose weight through a combination of its Food Optimising eating plan, moderate exercise and fantastic group support, where sharing experiences and making friends in group helps immensely as we bounce ideas off each other, support one another through the tough bits and celebrate the joy when a member overcomes and enjoys success. My aim as a Consultant is to support anyone who wishes to lose weight, encourage and motivate in a group where you can be yourself.
