I joined Slimming World over four years ago and lost four and a half stone, maintaining that for 2 years and the best part is I didn't have to go hungry. For me the magic is the sustainability and support that you find in no other weight loss group. I have two gorgeous daughters and a farming husband, yet I only cook one meal for dinner, result! I'm proud that all my groups have achieved the prestigious Gold award and the community, supportive feel that's been created over the years is fantastic, you will ALWAYS be welcome.
