At 21st 2lbs, I was at my lowest ebb, I had no confidence in myself and always hid behind the funny girl image. A friend and I joined Slimming World in 2016 and I have never looked back. I was blown away by how much I could eat, it was super wholesome food and so liberating. I still enjoyed chips, curries and Chinese food but just altered how I shopped, cooked and prepared my food. Two years on and 9st 2lbs lighter I decided that I wanted to support and inspire every person who has issues with their weight to be happy and healthy, so I became a Slimming World Consultant. I now support my members in my Monday and Wednesday Ashby group to believe in themselves, reach their target weight and stay there for life.
