I joined Slimming World 4 years ago and I’ve never looked back. I have lost just under 2 stones and I’m proud to say I’ve been at target over 3 years. I then became a Consultant helping members achieve their dreams and target weights and it’s the most rewarding job. Before Slimming World, I never use to cook but after learning about Food Optimising I started making amazing tasty recipes that the whole family can enjoy. My group at Sheldon Heath Social Club is amazing, supportive and motivating. Members care for each other and the support is brilliant.
