Our Groups are friendly, jolly, safe spaces where you’ll receive support, food ideas & inspiration. Come along & be amazed! I joined Slimming World when I felt totally desperate & defeated. I had resigned myself to being overweight & uncomfortable for the rest of my life. A friend suggested I pop over to my local Group with her & I couldn’t believe the warm welcome I received. I thought I’d have to give up my favourite foods & be hungry forever - finding that this wasn’t the case blew my mind! No hunger. Treats, alcohol AND losing weight – this plan is amazing! I now just love inspiring & supporting other people to make their weight loss dreams come true & look forward to meeting you & cheering you all the way to your dream weight.
