When I had my little boy, I missed out on capturing precious moments as I avoided any photographs of me being taken due to my low self-esteem. It was the happiest time of my life but I was feeling so low due to my weight gain. So I decided to join my local Slimming World group and haven't looked back! Food Optimising has changed my life. I love cooking delicious meals that my family and I really enjoy. I got so much out of joining Slimming World that I have opened my own group. Slimming World has helped me to lose weight and continues to do so, and I would like to support and encourage others to do the same.
