Before I joined Slimming World, I let my weight rule my life - not wanting to go to social events, terrified of bumping into people that I knew and being judged by my size. When I first walked through those doors, I was terrified – but I soon realised there was no need, as the members and Consultant were so welcoming and supportive and made me feel I was not alone. I went on to lose over 8st and I’m proud to say that that group is now the one I run as a Consultant! Slimming World really has changed my life and I'd love to support YOU to change yours, too.
