Hi, I'm Sarah, a target member and Slimming World Consultant in Linthorpe and Acklam. I joined Slimming World in 2016 after having my third child, it was the first healthy eating plan that I had tried so I was sceptical at first. Fast forward 4 months and I reached my very own personal achievement target while eating the foods that I loved and never feeling like I was missing out. Slimming World changed my life and that's why I want to help others in my area to feel just how I did all those years ago!
