I joined Slimming World as a member in January 2011. Food Optimising is easy, flexible and fits perfectly into family life – I wish I'd discovered it years ago. I was amazed by how much more I could eat with the Slimming World’s fabulous Food Optimising eating plans - the choice and range is just amazing.   My own success inspired me to become a Consultant and I want to help others achieve their dreams just as I have.
