Ainsley at St Ninians Church Hall

Hello and welcome to my page. I joined Slimming World on Jan 3rd 2017. At first I was unsure a slimming group was for me but with some gentle persuasion from my mum I went along thinking it would probably be a one off. How wrong was I? I knew I had to lose some weight and when I started to see the results I was getting every week I quickly fell in love with the plan. After losing just under 3 stones to reach my target weight and maintaining that weight loss for over a year, I decided I would love to help others change their lives the way mine had been changed. I am so excited to be re-launching the Springside Slimming World Group. Hope to see you there x
