After I had my last baby I was feeling very frustrated with my weight. I had struggled with yo-yoing for years and I wanted to find something that would work and be maintainable. So I joined Slimming World and I lost over 2 and a half stones in just 19 weeks. I have been a registered Nurse and Health Visitor for many years and felt the time had come to make some changes. The role of a Consultant felt like a natural shift in that I could support people towards healthier living and give them the tools to make real, lasting changes for themselves. I haven't looked back since starting my journey as a Consultant and I love supporting all my members achieve their goals. I'd love to support you, too.
