Hi, I'm Michael your Consultant for the Afan Valley Slimming World Group. My journey began in May 2023 & since then I've adopted a new lifestyle that works for me, and many others, called Food Optimising. Since reaching my personal target I've lost 8 stone 10lb and not once been hungry - I'm always eating! Come along to group and see what all the fuss is about, you won't regret it.
