Helen at Little Oakley Memorial Club

I joined Slimming World as a member eight years ago after struggling with my weight for a lifetime. I had tried everything over the years but nothing that was sustainable. I have now lost three and a half stone and have managed to keep it off for over six years. I run four busy sessions at Little Oakley Football Club, which has plenty of parking and is on a local bus route. All my sessions are warm and friendly and my members are a mix of ages, genders and ages. My groups have helped hundreds of people achieve their dream weight and I’m here to help you all do exactly that!
