I joined Slimming World in 2014 and it was one of the scariest moments of my life - but wow, it really has changed my life. My confidence was low, and I felt ashamed of how I felt. Food was a passion for me, the good news is, it still is! Food Optimising lets me embrace my love for food even more than I did before. My Group supported me every week with learning new skills in the kitchen, discovering new foods and making new friends - all topped by the amazing and unique support from my Consultant.
