Hi I'm Claire, I’ve been a Consultant since October 2022 and I’m loving every minute of it! I joined Slimming World in Jan 2020, not knowing anything about Food Optimising. Within my first month we went into lockdown so our meeting swapped over to Zoom. I attended each week and fell in love with all the amazing recipes I discovered, realising I could still have all the food I loved by making slight changes. Meals were enjoyed by my whole family so no additional cooking! Then in June I reached my Personal Achievement Target, what an amazing feeling. Back in a size 10 after a very long time. I wanted to share this feeling and went to a recruitment event …. The rest is history in the making! I'd love to see you at my group x
