I joined Slimming World thinking it wasn’t going to work and I couldn’t have been more wrong! I lost weight by eating more and enjoying my favourite foods. I lost an amazing 5st 7lbs in 42 weeks and it’s completely changed my life. I loved Food Optimising so much that I wanted to help and share my love and passion for Food Optimising and supporting like-minded people, who, like me, were unhappy with their weight. Everyone is welcome to join, our plan is suitable for all vegetarian, vegans and even if you have a medical condition like diabetes.
