I joined Slimming World in 2011 to lose weight for my wedding. I was working shifts, studying for a degree and raising two children, I didn't believe anything would work so well and fit my lifestyle. Wow was I wrong?! While feeding my family all of the same favourite meals as well as discovering new recipes I was able to lose 2 ½ stone in the 6 months before my wedding, dropping 3 dress sizes. I lost a further 1 ½ more to reach my personally set target in just 14 months. Slimming World has played such a huge part in my health and my life since I started in 2011 that now I want to share that with others and provide the same warmth, support and care that my Consultant showed me during my weight-loss journey, to others.
