When I joined Slimming World in September 2019, I was the heaviest Iʼd ever been. But I fell in love with Food Optimising and the freedom it gave me to enjoy my food without any guilt. I gradually built in Body Magic by going for walks during the lockdowns and pandemic. And, with each passing week, I began to feel happier, more confident and in control. After losing over 7st and completely changing my life, I decided to become a Consultant. I want everyone to be the very best version of themselves, to break free of shame and to unwrap the happy, healthier, slimmer person within them.
