Slimming World changed my life completely! I joined as a member in 2011 after taking part in the Race for Life 5k. During this race, I almost collapsed and knew things had to change. I checked the Slimming World website, found my local group and went along to see how they could help. I lost an amazing 9lbs, just in my first week! I love the freedom you get from food optimising, the power of IMAGE therapy and the way body magic has helped get me moving again. 52 weeks of the year I get to help my fabulous members achieve and hold their dream weight and now you have found our group we can help you too!
