I joined Slimming World so that I could lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle. The plan is so family friendly and easy to follow, no more cooking separate meals!!! The support from members in Group is absolutely fantastic, we are all in this together. Since opening my first Group in September 2013, I have helped so many members achieve their weight loss dreams. My weight loss journey had its ups and downs with some gains along the way, but there is no shame in a gain. My starting weight in 2006 was 18.5 stone, and my journey has not been straightforward but Slimming World got me through it. I will be here to help and support you all the way on your weight loss journey - TOGETHER WE CAN DO THIS!!!
