I joined Slimming World eight years ago and lost 5½ stones. I totally fell in love with Food Optimising and loved the new me. Becoming a Consultant and running my own group was the next exciting step and I love helping my members transform their lives. I have put some weight back on, and I am back in group as a member too. I know By Food Optimising I will get to target! And I hope I can help you do the same.
