Hiya! My name is Aimee and my Slimming World journey began at the end of 2021. I was weighing in at over 20 stone, my health was suffering but my mental health even more so. I'd tried every diet in the world but nothing stuck. I knew this time I had to do it. I had to change my life. I was nervous when I took those first steps into a Slimming World group - but it was the best thing I ever did. Food Optimising worked around my busy life of being a working mum, and I never had to go hungry! I loved the support of group and made friends along the way. I'm now 6 stone lighter, still on my own weight loss journey, and I love helping my members achieve their weight loss dreams! It changed my life - and I’d love to help change yours too x
