Hi I’m Louise, I started my Slimming World journey in October 2016 and after losing three & half stone then achieving target in June 2017. I now feel happier and healthier. Myself and my husband just love food and Food Optimising with all the wonderful Free Foods means the whole family can enjoy the same meals. I became a Consultant in April 2018 and I love being able to help people to change their lives. I run groups in Minehead, Williton & Watchet and I'm looking forward to welcoming you to one of our warm friendly sessions.
